 House extensions are a great way to maximise your space and increase the value of your home. An extension requires a team of qualified tradespeople, with every type of skill from the architect to the setting of the foundation, through to painting and decorating at the final stage of the project.

Renovate-4u have all the skills and experience you need for building your extension, including liaising with architects and structural engineers and following architectural drawings.
 

 We are experienced in kitchen and bathroom installation and will be happy to help you design a kitchen or bathroom to fit round your needs. The layout you choose will depend on the size and shape of your room and the position of your windows and doors. Plumbing and electrical points can usually be moved, so you don’t have to restrict your design. We have fitted the leading Kitchen Suppliers’ kitchens (B&Q, Howdens, IKEA, Jewsons, Magnet, Ridgeons, Wickes) and can use bespoke suppliers at your request.

We tile any room, including kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms and conservatories. 

Renovate-4u undertakes all aspects of painting and decorating residential and commercial properties. Whether your home or property is in need of painting and decorating by brushing, rolling or paint spraying, our attention to detail will assure you of a high quality, long-lasting decorating job.

We will move your furniture if required and ensure a full protection of carpets and flooring is in place before we begin our preparations.

 Loft conversions can add considerable value to your property, at the same time giving you extra space in which to enjoy your home. There are generally three types of loft conversion with which to transform your loft:

A dormer loft conversion will give you additional headroom for the new rooms being contemplated.

For a smaller loft conversion, where adequate height is available, a rooflight or velux can be installed with the minimum of disruption.

Mansard lofts are popular in some areas, particularly from a planning perspective in sensitive areas.

All conversions must meet building and fire regulations and we can advise on these.
